SHIPPING & HANDLING

Maison Cosa carefully packages and ships vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind pieces from Eugene, Oregon. For questions, contact hello@maisoncosa.com.

SHIPPING RATES & DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, where available for the item purchased. Any item-specific restrictions are noted in the product description. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping is charged in one of two ways: Calculated shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on packaged weight, package dimensions, destination, and the available shipping service.

Flat-rate shipping: Selected items have a fixed shipping charge, noted in the product description and applied at checkout. Separate rates may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

We ship through USPS and UPS. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

PACKAGING & MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS

Most items are individually packed and shipped in their own boxes because of their size, shape, or fragility. Sets may be packed together, with each piece individually protected.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, with separate shipping charges included in the checkout total.

Small, nonbreakable items may be eligible for combined shipping when they can be safely packaged together. Combined shipping is not available for every item or order. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about combining items.

We use protective materials and packing methods suited to each piece, including fragile glass, ceramics, porcelain, framed art, and other vintage objects.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and packaging before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. If an item requires additional preparation time, we will note this in its listing or contact you.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and shipping service. Any delivery dates shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Orders sent in multiple packages may have separate tracking numbers and arrival dates.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available to eligible addresses in our service area. Availability and applicable fees are shown at checkout.

We will contact you to arrange delivery. Customer pickup is not currently available.

FURNITURE & OVERSIZED ITEMS

When offered, furniture and certain oversized pieces may require a separate shipping or delivery quote. These listings will include instructions to contact us before purchasing so we can confirm the cost and arrangements.

FINAL SALES & SHIPPING DAMAGE

All vintage and antique items are sold as-is, and all sales are final. Please review the photos, measurements, condition details, and description carefully before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged, retain the original box and all packing materials. Contact hello@maisoncosa.com promptly with your order number and photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, and the packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided.
