Return Policy

Vintage & Antique Items
All vintage and antique items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review photos, measurements, and condition details before purchasing. Natural wear, patina, and disclosed imperfections are part of their character.

New Items
New items, including newly made artisan and handmade pieces, are eligible for return requests within 14 days of delivery, unless marked final sale. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories included. Gift cards are nonreturnable.

Request a Return
Visit account.maisoncosa.com. Sign in using your order email, open your order, and request a return.

Once approved, we’ll confirm the return shipping cost with you and provide a prepaid label. The label cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns. Please wait for approval before shipping anything back.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact hello@maisoncosa.com within 48 hours of delivery for damage, incorrect items, or significant undisclosed condition issues. Include photos and retain all packaging. These issues are handled separately from standard returns. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
